Course Description
Design/Build is not for every company or for every customer. How will you know if it makes sense for you? If it seems to make sense, will your clients agree? Becoming a successful design/build firm requires many changes for the business owner as well as the business itself, physically as well as mentally. Not knowing what to change and why, and or not knowing or anticipating what will change as a natural result of making the switch will definitely effect the outcome.
