Advanced Sales For Design Builders
Course Description  
Setting clear expectations Before the sales coach training begins My Design/Build Coach will schedule a 30 minute private phone conversation with each sales person to better understand the persons professional and individual needs and goals.

Weekly sales coaching sessions
Preparing for the sales coaching meeting - Prior to each sales coaching meeting each sales person will prepare a short, fill in the blank status summary sheet on one of their current sales situations. The sheet will be posted to the my Design/Build Coach e-folder on my Design/Build Project website. My Design/Build Coach will provide the sales status sheet template for each sales person.

During the sales coaching meeting - Each sales person will present their sales summary status sheet to the sales team and sales coach. After the sales persons presentation My Design/Build Coach will break down the sales call and will measure the following items:
Head trash issues
Attitude
Behavior
Role performance issues
Sales techniques
Strategically planning with my Design/Build Project
Using Visible professional services to your advantage
Not stopping at wimp junction
Causing the homeowner to close the deal
Preparing for the future sales call
Role playing
Weekly progress
Sales will post reports to the e-folder weekly

Recording, Measuring and Transferring
All coaching sessions will be digitally recorded and a cd rom mailed to each person at the end of each month.
